Project Cancellation
At The Identity Company, we aim to deliver complete satisfaction through our creative and digital services.
Clients may request project cancellation before the initial design or strategy phase begins. Once work has started, cancellation will be subject to service stage and efforts invested.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued for cancellations made before project initiation.
For partially completed projects, a pro-rata refund may apply after deducting work completed and resource costs.
Completed project fees are non-refundable.
Payment terms
